Ultra-Productive Press room
Our press room combines state-of-the art cold-set press equipment with highly-trained experienced press operators. Our 24-unit Goss Community press is equipped with a Quad-Tech computer-aided registration system, fully automated roll splicers and three high-speed folders. Four-color process printing services with accurate registration, completed within tight deadlines is our specialty.
Our pre-press department pre-flights and proofs your files to ensure your publication meets your expectations. High-resolution four color proofs are prepared for your review, usually within 24 hours of receipt of your files. We also offer a unique pre-press service which allows your printed publication to be viewed on the world wide web. In addition, we offer free on-site technical advice on file preparation and transfer.
Full Printing Services Finishing
Our bindery and mailing equipment allows us to immediately bind and address your publication following printing. We offer a full service mail preparation facility to minimize your postage expense and meet all US postal service requirements. We also offer mailing services for your foreign mail clients.
Our press and post-press departments run around-the-clock, making sure your time-sensitive publications are printed, bound, labeled, packaged and shipped without delay.
Our shipping department is the final link in our full service solution. We analyze your needs to determine a combination of trucking and mailing to reach your subscribers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Print Services stocks a huge $7 million inventory of parts – from rollers to bevel gears to fountain blades – and all parts in between. For added convenience, we accept MasterCard and Visa on your parts orders. Our knowledgeable staff will help you identify the parts you need and ship it as quickly as possible. So if you needed it yesterday, Print Services will ship it today. And get you back in print tomorrow.
Preventative Maintenance Program
Print Services believes quality customer service is as important as the quality equipment we sell. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in our PM Plus Program.
Our Preventative Maintenance Program is a value added service which gives you, the customer, reassurance that your machinery is operating at optimum levels.
The P.M Plus contract consists of two scheduled maintenance visits for one year by a Print Services field service engineer. Our field engineer will thoroughly evaluate and calibrate your equipment for peak performance.

Print Services is a certified US Postal Service “Business Partner” and recently received the “Large Mailer Award” for the state of South Dakota. We offer both printing services and mailing services under one roof which benefits customers in many ways.
When we both print and mail, we are able to design a printed piece so it is handled in the fastest and most economical way possible for our high-speed automated printing, inserting, labeling, addressing and mailing equipment.
Any of our mailing services may be purchased separately. We mail some projects we do not print, and we print materials that do not mail. We sincerely believe, however, that we provide the greatest service to our customers when we accept the responsibility for both printing services and mailing services.
Since Print Services, Sheetfed and Web, both print and mail, part of our service is to help customers take full advantage of the ways in which a customer can plan their printing services and mailing for maximum efficiency and cost savings. On larger projects Print Services is capable of setting up BMC drop shipments throughout the United States.
Print Services can handle all your list and mailing needs. Computer services include merge/purge, file maintenance, mail qualification reports, CASS, Zip + 4 bar coding, and Postage Summary Report printing. You may send your file on magnetic tape, zip disk, 3.5″ floppy or email. Your files should be ASCII comma or tab delimited, or fixed field format accompanied by a record layout. Your list will be sorted for maximum postage savings. Our inkjet services meet postal standards to insure prompt delivery. Cheshire labeling and pressure sensitive labeling available on request.
In-Line Ink Jet Addressing
Print Services Web can now provide in-line Ink Jet addressing. This addressing system is attached to our McCain saddlestitcher. Printed catalogs can be stitched, trimmed and addressed in one pass, reducing time needed to process printing services and mailing orders. For more information, talk with your account representative for the tape formatting needed to qualify for the maximum postage discounts.
